My order hasn’t been shipped yet. What should I do?

Due to high demand peeks, especially during holiday seasons, your order may experience slight processing and shipping delays.

I don’t find my tracking number and/or my tracking number is not working.

Please note that your package tracking information will be available in 3-5 working days after the order placement.

How can I change my shipping information?

After the order is shipped, updating shipping information may not be available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, and we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to provided incorrect details.

I can't find the instructions for my brick set.

For most of our products we provide digital instructions accessible by scanning the QR code on your package. Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code, and you will be directed to the instructions for your specific set. If you encounter issues locating the QR code or accessing the digital instructions, please email us at info@brickedbuilds.com with your order number and the specific model you need assistance with. There are missing or defective pieces in my set.

We apologize if you've experienced issues with missing or defective pieces.
